We understand that sometimes plans change. This page explains how you can cancel an order and what happens depending on whether the order has been shipped yet.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped (status: "Processing", "Payment Confirmed", "Preparing", etc.), you can cancel it easily and get a full refund.

How to cancel:

  1. Email us at danevrado@gmail.com as soon as possible
  2. Include your order number (from confirmation email or invoice)
  3. Clearly state you wish to cancel the order

Refund:

  • Full refund of the order amount (including any paid shipping fees)
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • No cancellation fees if the order hasn’t been dispatched

The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance we can stop the process before shipment.

2. Cancellation or Return After Shipment

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, simple cancellation is no longer possible (the package is already in transit). However, you still have full consumer protection rights:

A. Right of Withdrawal (14 calendar days)

You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Steps:

  1. Email danevrado@gmail.com within 14 days after receipt
  2. State your decision to withdraw and include your order number
  3. Return the goods in original condition within another 14 days

You pay return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item).
Full refund (excluding return shipping) issued within 14 days after we receive the goods back or proof of return shipment.

B. Return Due to Defect or Non-Conformity

If the product arrives damaged, defective or not as described — refer to our Warranty Conditions.
In such cases:

  • We cover return shipping costs
  • You have up to 3 years legal warranty (repair → replacement → refund priority)
  • Contact us immediately with photos and details

3. Important Notes

  • We cannot cancel or refund orders that have already been delivered and accepted without using the 14-day withdrawal right or warranty claim
  • Custom-made or personalized products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal (if clearly stated on the product page)
