Where is your store and warehouse located? +

Our company and warehouse are located in Vigo, Spain (European Union).
Address: R. López Mora, 5, 36211 Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain.
Self-pickup is available — please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00 Madrid time).

Which countries do you ship to? +

We ship to Spain, all European Union countries, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, most countries in Asia, Latin America, Australia and many others.

We do not ship to countries under international sanctions or where Visa/Mastercard payment is restricted (including Russia, Iran, North Korea, Belarus, Syria and others).

Do you sell retail and wholesale? +

Yes — we sell both to private customers (retail) and to professional installers, car audio shops and service centers (wholesale).

Is self-pickup from the warehouse possible? +

Yes, self-pickup is available from our warehouse in Vigo.
Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Madrid time).

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept Visa and Mastercard through the secure Spanish payment gateway Redsys.
100% prepayment is required. We do not accept PayPal or other e-wallets at the moment.

How long does delivery take? +

Approximate delivery times:

  • Spain (mainland): 1–5 business days
  • Europe (EU + UK): 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 14–30 business days

Delivery may come from our warehouse in Vigo or directly from our partners in Asia.

Do you provide tracking? +

Yes — as soon as your order is shipped (from Spain or Asia), we send you a tracking number by email and SMS (if phone number was provided).
You can also check your order status on our Order Status page.

What is your return policy? +

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (EU consumer right).

What is the warranty period? +

All new products come with a minimum 2-year legal warranty under Spanish and EU law.
