Our store and warehouse are in Vigo, Spain (European Union).

Self-pickup is available — please contact us in advance to arrange a time (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00 Madrid time).
Which countries do you ship to? +
We ship to Spain, all European Union countries, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Asia (Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, etc.), Latin America, Australia, and most other countries worldwide.
If your country isn't available at checkout — write to us and we'll find a solution.
Do you offer retail and wholesale? +
Yes — retail for private customers and wholesale for installers, car audio shops, and professionals.

Is self-pickup available? +
Yes — you can pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Vigo.
Please email or call us in advance to arrange a convenient time (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00 Madrid time).
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa / Mastercard (through secure payment gateway) and SEPA bank transfer (for EU).
We do not currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other e-wallets.
Orders are processed only after full payment is confirmed by our bank.
In what currency are prices shown? +
All prices are displayed in Euros (€). When paying by card, currency conversion is handled automatically by your bank.
How long does delivery take? +
Approximate delivery times (depending on carrier):
• Spain (peninsular) → 3–5 business days
• European Union → 7–10 business days
• Rest of the World → approximately 30 days (customs clearance may cause delays)
How do I track my order? +
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email with a direct link.
To check internal order status ("Processing", "Shipped", etc.) — go to the Order Status page.
Enter your billing email and order number (from confirmation email or invoice).
Updates may take up to 24 hours after payment or dispatch.
What is the warranty period? +
All new products come with a 3-year legal warranty (conformity guarantee) under Spanish and EU law, starting from delivery date.
Covers manufacturing defects or non-conformity present at delivery.

We prioritize repair, then replacement or refund.
How many days do I have to return an item? +
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason (EU consumer right).
Notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them in original condition within another 14 days.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer (unless the item is defective).
Will the equipment fit my car? +
Most products list compatibility info, but the best way is to contact us.
Send your car make, model, year and what you're planning to install — we'll recommend the perfect fit and warn about any potential issues (free advice).
Do you make custom enclosures or full builds? +
Yes — we build custom subwoofer enclosures, noise deadening, full SPL/SQ systems tailored to your car.
Send photos of your trunk/interior + your goals — we'll calculate, quote and build it.
Is professional installation required? +
Highly recommended — especially for amplifiers, subwoofers and wiring.
Incorrect installation can damage products or your vehicle and may void the warranty.
We can recommend trusted installers in your area if needed.

Do you work on weekends? +
Shipping and warehouse operations are Monday–Friday only.
Support (email, WhatsApp, phone) is available 7 days a week, but replies may be slower on weekends.
