2. What data do we collect and why?

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Order information (products, quantities, total amount)
  • IP address and basic website usage data (via cookies — see Cookie Policy)
  • Anything you write to us in messages, support tickets or warranty requests

Main purposes:

  1. To process and deliver your order (this is necessary to fulfill our contract)
  2. To handle customer support, returns, warranty claims
  3. To comply with legal obligations (taxes, accounting, consumer protection laws)
  4. To send you news, promotions or product updates only if you give explicit consent

3. Legal basis for processing your data

  • Order processing & shipping → necessary for performance of a contract (Art. 6.1(b) GDPR)
  • Legal obligations (invoices, taxes, warranty records) → legal obligation (Art. 6.1(c) GDPR)
  • Marketing emails / newsletters → your explicit consent (Art. 6.1(a) GDPR)
  • Essential cookies & anonymized analytics → legitimate interest or consent

Without the required data for an order (name, address, email), unfortunately we cannot complete and ship your purchase.

4. How long do we keep your data?

  • Order & customer records → 6 years from your last purchase (Spanish tax law + 3-year legal warranty + possible claims period)
  • Marketing / newsletter subscriptions → until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
  • Website analytics & non-essential cookies → as explained in our Cookie Policy (usually up to 2 years maximum)

After these periods we securely delete or fully anonymize your data.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We only share data when absolutely necessary and always under strict safeguards:

  • Shipping / courier companies → name, phone number, delivery address only
  • Payment service providers → they handle secure payments (we never store full card details)
  • Tax / accounting professionals → only for legal compliance
  • Public authorities → only when legally required (tax office, courts, etc.)

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Any transfers outside the EEA are protected by standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. What rights do you have?
