We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase at Autosoundry. This policy explains your return and refund rights under Spanish and EU consumer law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – No Reason Needed)

As an EU consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods.

How to cancel:

  • Email us at danevrado@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving the order
  • Clearly state you wish to withdraw from the contract and include your order number
  • Return the goods within another 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice

Goods must be returned in original condition: unused, with all packaging, accessories, tags and manuals intact.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

2. Refund Process for Withdrawal

If you withdraw:

  • We refund the full amount paid (including standard shipping costs paid to us)
  • Refund goes back to the original payment method (unless agreed otherwise)
  • We process the refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment
  • We may hold the refund until we physically receive the items back

3. Returns for Defective / Non-Conforming Products (Legal Guarantee)

All new products have a 3-year legal warranty (conformity guarantee) under Spanish and EU law, starting from delivery date.

If the product arrives defective, damaged or not as described:

  • Contact us within 2 months of discovering the issue: danevrado@gmail.com
  • Send photos / video of the problem + order number
  • We will arrange repair (preferred), replacement, price reduction or refund
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us if the defect is confirmed

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (if clearly stated on the product page)
  • Sealed audio/video/media items that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Other exemptions allowed under EU/Spanish consumer law

5. How to Return an Item

1. Email danevrado@gmail.com with your order number and reason (withdrawal or defect)
2. Pack the item securely in original packaging
