5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise this right:

  • Return the goods in original condition within another 14 days

6. Legal Warranty

All new products come with a 3-year legal warranty (conformity guarantee) under Spanish and EU law — starting from the delivery date.
Covers defects present at delivery. We prioritize repair, then replacement, price reduction or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse or incompatibility of products with your vehicle.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and European Union regulations.
